Office 365 - Activation and first use

After you have been assigned an Office 365 license you will have to log in to Office to activate your license on easy:solutions' servers.

After activation you must connect Outlook and make certain selections in Word / Excel / Powerpoint.

You can download and use Office applications on up to 4 other computers / devices (iPhone, Android)

If your Office application becomes unlicensed, you must reactivate

Follow the dialogue that pops up when you open the program. Press the big BLUE button.

 

Detailed guide

  1. Type in your long e-mail address, this is the same as your username; firstname.lastname@yourCompanyDomain.com
    Example; Your name is Per Christian Nilsen, your username is most likely; Per.Nilsen. You work at Fun Factory AS, your domain could be; funfactory.com.




  2.  Next you will be asked for your password / and / or / code. Type in the password you use to access services @ easy:solutions or the code

Select document type



First startup Outlook

On easy:solutions servers

You should be presented with a first time connect screen where your e-mail address is already prefilled. Press Connect.

On your own computer

Fill in your long e-mail address as you did under activation.



Install on another computer or device

Download from portal.Office.com and sign in with your long e-mail address as described under activation.
