If your password has expired or you need to change it, you have multiple scenarios and options. Please select the on one fitting to your situation.

Expired password

Go to your mailservice to log on to Webmail. For easy:solutions customers this is;

When you attempt to log in, you will be given the possibility to change your password.

Note; If you are logged on to a work domain joined computer - you should connect VPN after changing the password for approx 30 min to let the password change synk, then restart the laptop. Or go to the step link

I need to change my password, but it’s NOT expired

Go to your mailservice to log on to Webmail. For easy:solutions customers this is;

My password is expired / I get password warnings and have lack of access to network resources, but I can still log on to my work computer with my password

1. Connect through VPN.

2. Press ctrl + Alt + Delete.

If you already changed the password through email then the account password, which is kept on the server, would be different from the one that is kept on your computer.

To solve this

1. press Image Modified

in the small window that now appeared type cmd.
